  1. It seems that you are at a Chinese restaurant, evidenced by the skewer grilling machine. Also, I don’t recognize this food as Korean – please ask a Chinese food sub.

    Hey r/Koreanfood!

When I was in Seoul a few weeks ago, my friend and I stopped by this Lamb Skewer restaurant near Taereung station, [https://naver.me/GKovbWmV](https://naver.me/GKovbWmV)

And one of the dishes was this beef and cucumber dish. It wasn’t very spicy, it had more of a vinegar taste to it. The beef was super tender, it was a cold dish, so I think the beef it prepped well in advanced, and mixed with the cucumbers right before serving as they were crisp.

I don’t remember it being on the menu, and now when checking the menu (with papago) I don’t see it, nor do i spot the word for cucumber.

    Any help would be appreciated!
