Tried out the tiger milk bread recipe from King Arthur Baking. I bought a Pullman pan to make this recipe and thankfully it turned out great.

I want to make this recipe before I return the book to the library. I don’t have a pullman pan though so I will need to rig something with what I’ve got if I want a flat top.
I am currently on Day 2 of the Chocolate Levain from it.
