Sadly I’ve developed a shellfish allergy late in life. Didn’t discover that until I was eating at a famous 간장게장 place in Jeolla-do. Lips started going numb and throat slightly itchy though it wasn’t anything that required medical attention. I wanted to keep eating despite that because it was so good but my wife and mother-in-law insisted that I stop haha.
