INGREDIENTS:

Egg White Base:\
• 4 fresh egg whites (about 135-140g)\
• ½ tsp baking powder (about 3g)

Sweet Version (Add to the Base):\
• 3g calorie-free sweetener (equivalent to 30g sugar)\
• 1-3 drops vanilla flavoring\
• 1-3 drops butter flavoring

Savory Version (Add to the Base):\
• Herbs and spices of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Prepare the Egg White Base:\
In a bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy, then add the baking powder. A hand or stand mixer works best for this.

2. Choose Your Flavor:\
• For the sweet version, add the sweetener, vanilla flavoring, and butter flavoring to the egg white base. Mix until stiff peaks form.\
• For the savory version, add your preferred herbs and spices to the egg white base. Mix until stiff peaks form.

3. Cook:\
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). Spread the fluffy mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the top is set and slightly golden.

4. Enjoy!\
I like to cut mine in half and fill it with whatever I desire, whether sweet or savory! The base is highly customizable.
