I’ll can just eat some of my kids Halloween candy if I want candy banana and bubblegum notes. I’ve never understood Beaujolais nouveau. I’ve never had a bottle I like.

Ok so it is the carbonic maceration that makes this stuff taste like runts candy to me, but serious question is there any other regions or styles that use carbonic maceration where it doesn’t completely ruin the taste of the wine? If so what are some good examples of this?
