Ingredients:

Box of Carb Diem Rotini: 660 Calories

Small tub of 93/7 Beef: 680

Classico Tomato and Basil: 225

Classico Four Cheese Alfredo: 315

Half an onion: 30 calories

3 servings of Fat Free Cheddar: 135

3 servings of Regular Mozzarella: 240

Total: 2944 Calories. Makes 6-8 servings.

At 6 Servings it's about 380 Calories a piece!!

Instructions

You need a 9/13 Pan

Cook Pasta to likeness

Stir the Four Cheese Alfredo sauce into the pasta. (Coat well) Add Salt and pepper!

Cook the 93/7 Ground Beef. The tub should say 170 a serving and have 4 servings.

After the meat begins to brown. Add your half onion diced. And 1/4th cup of water!

Spray your 9/13 Pan with cooking oil and Take some (not much) of your tomato sauce and spread it across the bottom.

After the water in your skillet begins to dissipate add the rest of your classico Tomat sauce to the meat and onion. You can taste and add more seasonings if you like here!!

Put your pasta onto of the thin layer of tomato sauce in your pan. And spread it evenly across your pan.

Add a serving of Fat Free Cheddar and Regular Mozzarella

Add your meat, onion, tomato mix to the pan. Make sure to evenly spread it!

Add two servings of the fat free cheddar and mozzarella on the top! Spreading evenly.

Bake for 350 covered in aluminum foil for 15 minutes.

Remove aluminum foil and bake for another 15 minutes!

Complete! You can broil it for a few minutes to darken

I wanted to make this version as my last version was 490 calories and it used Carne Picada. You save a lot more with the Ground Beef.

And I wanted to display the portion sizes. It is very filling! And I make 6 servings. I have seen people make 8 servings and you easily can but I prefer the large portion. If you did make 8 servings it would be 285 Calories a serving.

Taste Amazing! Feel free to add Parmesan on top!
