I just had to post this after i made it to rave about how delicious and satiating it is in it's simplicity. Found myself making this at least twice a week and i feel it's really working to keep my voracious appetite at bay.

300 grams of ground beef
1 Cucumber
1 Pack of cherry tomatoes ( about 16 )
1 red onion sliced in small pieces
100 grams of cottage cheese
(for the next time ill probably add a red bell pepper too)

Sauce/dressing:
3 Tbs of low sugar ketchup
2 Tbs of Hellman's Light Mayo
1 Tbs of mustard pickle relish
seasoned with some onion powder a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Everything dressing included comes out to under 900 calories in total and for me i can eat it in 2-3 portions usually. Perhaps someone gets inspired to try this or tweak it in their own way but either way its amazing.
