Hello! Got a new EK43 for a small start-up project during summer this year and have now started to use it more frequently.
Could someone tell me whether or I should be worried about this sound? (Apologies for the video quality/background noise.)
I have calibrated the grinder maybe four times, strictly following instructions. The problem is, once I've come to the point where the burrs no longer make the sound of touching one another and lock in the calibration, this small sound appears quite soon after using it for a while. Turning the dial coarser does not make the sound disappear either.
I don't believe it would be a matter of poor calibration as I've gone through a bunch of different videos including Mahlkönig's own tutorials to make sure I'm not doing something wrong. Then again I'm quite new to this and lack experience. It could even be a normal sound… 😁
