Which make u fuller for longer and are more nutritious? Probably the bread right? I normally do 1-2 low cal toast w breakfast but I finally found the rice cakes at my grocery so I decided to try them. They had 0 flavor so the jelly made it feel like a dessert which could have its benefits. 1 rice cake and 1 piece of bread are both 35cals

(the tomatoes are left over from lunch meal prep so they get accounted for in my daily cal total. There’s also jalapeños and a little onion which r negligible in cals so no point counting)

For me, switching to all keto products that are high in fiber made a gigantic difference in how much I kept full. They are also much much lower in calories, like keto bread. Anything with rice, like rice, cakes, or rice crispies always made me starving. I don’t actually count carbs, but cutting sugar out of my diet in terms of fruit, made an even bigger difference. Fruit, wets my appetite and makes me much hungrier: So do things sweetened with fruit. No sugar yogurt made a huge difference!

100% Whole grain bread would def be better for fullness and nutrition

This keto bread i use has a good amount of fiber and its only 40 cals

  4. I prefer the bread and find it more filling, probably because of the fiber. Sometimes I eat the mini flavored rice cakes as a snack, but they’re not really filling, I just like that they’re higher volume than chips.

I prefer low calorie bread… I just don’t like the texture of rice cakes 🙁

I’ve discovered keto bread. I’m not keto, but it’s awesome. High in protein, great macros, low cal. It’s very filling. Downside is expensive.
