    Great presentation as usual.

    I saw a tip years ago on a cookery show, which had two chefs competing against each other.

    If you wish to halve a large number of cherry / grape tomatoes, get two chopping boards. Place the washed tomatoes on one board, then place the second board on top and, using something like a carving knife, slice through all the tomatoes in one go.

    Re juicing lemons / limes if you’ve got an ALDI near you, see if they’ve got any Mexican lemon (yellow) or lime (green) juicers. They juice brilliantly and catch the pips.

    I bought mine years ago and it cost me £1.99.

    I’m definitely going to be trying this recipe – it looks and sounds delicious.
