    I would guess 700-900 calories, depending on how much braised pork and ginger shoyu sauce was used. They are both higher in fat

    OK, so Kakuni is pork belly. Looks like about 100grams or 3.5 ounces. Then a poached egg, bamboo shoots, and maybe 1 cup of white rice under there?

    Total is 700 cals, which seems like a lot, but I think pork belly is fatty…
