cut it up into chips, throw in the air fryer (or oven) for 4-5 minutes (one spray of oil after i threw them in and sprinkle of salt and seasoning)
then i made an avocado edamame “salad” (just mashed it up) to use as guac, boom party breakfast with a ton of protein and 13g fiber!
i also added hemp hearts and EBTB for more fats and flavor. guess i’ll be putting this on my blog? 🙂

Do these come out light and crispy, or are they more dense and hard? I have trouble with chips that are too hard like a lot of chips can be, but I’d like to try these.

don’t be sleeping on this, this was the best easy breakfast/meal i ever made, i’m sad now that i finished it!
