• Olive oil scrambled eggs (no butter or cream).
  • Pimento, ketchup, chilli flakes and black pepper mixed into the beans before cooking.
  • Balsamic, olive oil + S&P on the tomatoes. (Sometimes add some dried oregano which goes down well).
  • Garlic butter on the toast (inspired by the jacket potato people).

Recently watched a Matty Mathewson video where he grilled on the highest setting with everything on the lowest shelf in the oven (high and slow). Must say it turned out great with a much even colour / caramelisation across the board.

Would usually make my own hash browns but settled for some out of the freezer this morning as was in a rush.
