– 250 g mushrooms (I used brown champignons) – 500 g screwy pasta of your choice – 500 g cottage cheese – 2,5 dl cooking cream – 200 g genovese-style (green) pesto – 200 g grated mozzarella-ish cheese
Instructions:
– Set oven to 200°C – Boil the pasta according to instructions – Sauté the mushrooms – Put the rest of the ingredients except the grated cheese into a large mixing bowl and stir with a large spoon. – Add the mushrooms and pasta to the bowl and stir gently – Transfer the contents over to 4-6 single-portion baking dishes (depending on preferred portion size) – Sprinkle the grated cheese on top – Bake in oven for 20-25 min (until it looks done)
