Hi all, just wondering if anyone has any good sauce recipes for Dorset naga or any idea on what to do with them. Unfortunately I harvested this bunch then a day or two later my wife went into hospital to birth our daughter and by the time I had spare time to do something with them they had mould growing on them. I have some more already growing through so would like some ideas ready for when they are ripe.

Smoke the chilis and make chilli flakes and use it as seasoning. You should always have smoked naga chillis in pantry.
