Restaurants that serve a ceviche with pork belly and bacon?

I had this amazing ceviche in Mexico which included pork belly and bacon in addition to the traditional seafood. I am craving this stuff now and was hoping there might be a chi restaurant with a similar dish on the menu. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
