Country style boneless ribs slow cooked in the oven that were seasoned with Montreal steak seasoning and then broiled the last few minutes with sweet baby Ray’s barbecue sauce on it. fun fact about these is they aren’t actually ribs even though stores labeled them as such they are actually cut from the shoulder.
