28 g butter
240 g milk
44 g sugar
5 g salt
100 g active sourdough starter
375 g bread flour

3 sets stretch and folds 30 minutes apart. Bulk rise til 50%. Portion 12 sections around 65g each and shape in a glass 9×13. Cover dish and let second rise 3-4 hours then into the oven at 375 for ~25 min.
I made a whipped honey cinnamon butter for dipping. Better than Texas Roadhouse!
