One of the main reasons I got the Traeger was to make smoking stuff easier. Can’t get much easier than this for Thanksgiving for me and the wife.
The last time I did a Turkey I brined it in a five gallon bucket with a turkey brine spice mix from Costco, followed by a rinse, trussing. All the effort resulted in a fine turkey, but way more work and lots more Turkey than I wanted.
Saw this at Trader Joes and this will be Thanksgiving and doubt it can get much easier. Forecast looks like no rain which is a plus.
