Ingredients
500 gm refined flour
100 gm onions
200 gm grated cheese
200 gm boiled potatoes
200 ml olive oil
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt
1 tsp dry basil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp carom seeds

Process
__________________________________________

1. Make the dough: take refine flour, add some salt, turmeric powder, carom seeds. Mix them together, add some water, knead the dough.
2. Make the paratha filling: take potatoes, cheese, onions, spices and mix them.
3. Make small dough balls, leave them for 5-7 min to get softer. Once the dough is soft stuff the filling and fry them on a pan.
