You should be able to use them. Lowers the calories on pizza slices, trust me, it’s science 🥵. I just made a batch of pepper flakes with some Trinidad Moruga Scorpion peppers and used them today on some pizza. Hot, but so good.

Never made flakes, is the idea to bake them till they are crispy then crush them?

I’m curious what you used to grind them? I bought a cheap coffee grinder but it turns the dried peppers into more of a powder than flakes.
