No shortage of meat and cheese here. Provolone is aged sharp (Boars Head Picante). Tomatoes are garlic-salted for 10 minutes to make them juicy and tasty. The bread is Pepperidge Farms Sliced Italian Loaf – dense and chewy (HEB has shitty sub rolls and didn’t feel like another stop at Walmart for their bakery sub rolls).
