Tried a New Thai place today. Told them ‘make me suffer’. When the waiter asked how is it? I said, one of the hottest things I’ve ever put in my mouth. He went back to the kitchen speaking Thai, which I can assume was like, stupid boy out there burning his mouth off!

    Pad kee mao? I had some in Bangkok that almost ended me and I eat Thai spicy daily. I think the kicker was the addition of green fresh peppercorns and krachai ginger on top of the two kinds of chilies
