I don’t recall seeing this here. I traced a hole into an extra cambro lid and cut with an Xacto knife for a nice snug fit. It’s been fantastic for the small sous vide items. Currently cooking some venison.

    Consider putting a trivet underneath your container, both to prevent the counter from sapping heat from your water bath and to prevent your water bath from potentially damaging your counter.

    i use my cambro all the time for anything under 6 hours. I make ramen eggs with it like every week. Shout out to black vinegar too, that shits crack.
