Looking at my turkey, the face was done one might then the body the next night with the same icing bag. Does anyone know why the icing got these glittery specs? The red did it, too!

I dont know but the turkey is adorable and the leaf is beautiful.

If you push a finger on it, does it make an indent? It might be that it didn’t dry well enough, there wasn’t enough airflow
