Delicious Beef Goulash Recipe | Easy and Flavorful Meal Idea
In this video, I’ll show you how to make a classic beef goulash that’s tender, hearty, and packed with flavor. Perfect for cozy family dinners or impressing your loved ones, this recipe is simple to follow and so satisfying.
Ingredients:
500g beef goulash (trimmed of tendons)
Equal volume of onions (about 3-4)
2 garlic cloves
3 tomatoes (peeled if preferred)
1 bell pepper
1 tsp paprika powder, salt, pepper, cumin, bay leaves
Beef broth (just enough to cover everything)
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp paprika paste
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Dice the beef and sear in a bit of oil over medium heat. Cover and let it simmer briefly.
Finely dice onions and garlic, add to the pan, and sauté.
Add tomato paste and paprika paste, stirring until combined.
Dice the bell pepper and sauté, then add diced tomatoes.
Season with spices and pour in beef broth until just covered.
Cover and simmer on low heat (about level 4 out of 9) for 1.5-2 hours. The longer it cooks, the more tender the meat becomes.
If the sauce is too thin at the end, mix some flour with water and stir it in.
Serve with your favorite sides like potatoes, rice, or bread, and enjoy this comforting dish!
