I just recently found this sub and wanted to share my Halloween board from two years ago. I always smile thinking back on this board; it was so fun to create and really freaked people out!
I used two long rolled goat cheese blocks (from Trader Joe’s) for the wrist area, and half of one to mold the palm. For the fingers, I used the Prosciutto wrapped fresh Mozerella cheese (also from TJ’s) and bent them to look like the hand was gripping the board to crawl away 🤭 I used individual slices of prosciutto to cover the goat cheese and blend in the fingers to the palm. For added effect, I used Bonne Maman’s strawberry jelly around the wrist and where I “cut” the finger tip.
