Trying to get better at making carbonara, I try to plan it for a dinner party soon.
Eggs, pecorino, parmagiano, pancetta (i didnt take my guanciale out of the freezer) and pepper.

    Looks toothsome and balanced. I would like this to be in my life. Also, I think that’s a perfect portion, but I also consider pasta a mid course and am a very petite lady so… I don’t shovel heaps of pasta in my mouth and have buttered bread on the side.
