My favorite nigiri / sashimi, the rare Nodoguro (Blackthroat Seaperch). The most incredible fish, in my opinion.

    Had this for the first time at Tanoshi on the UES in Manhattan. Delicious! (didn’t love the $17pp price though). Glad you enjoyed it
