    The pasta was 200g AP flour, 2 xl eggs, formed into sheets using 7 (gradually, L, 3, 5, 7) on the kitchen aid pasta attachment.

    Insides: 1 tbsp cream cheese 1 cup cottage cheese 2 tbsp Parmesan 1/4 cup mozzarella 1/2 cup fontina 2 tbsp funky provolone and 1 egg yolk.
