Man, I wish I had taken a pic of mine last week after seeing all the crappy bacon pics on here lately. We had linguine carbonara on the Every Plate menu last week.
Our bacon was nice thick butcher cut, evenly streaked bacon. My son (13 year old foodie) even said the bacon was way better than what we get at the grocery store for breakfast.

Is this supposed to be bacon? I guess if it’s meant to just add flavor as a small part of a recipe it could work ok, but you’d need to make sure you cook it just the right amount or it all disappears.

Definitely contact customer service through chat. I had some similar bacon and they credited me about $10.
