I thought we should all have an easy Focaccia recipe for the holidays, and this is it! My 4-hour Focaccia Bread is extremely simple as it’s extremely soft. Perfect for sandwiches or as a starter with some quality cold cuts and cheeses. Also, a great pairing with an Espresso Martini, thanks to Trade Coffee!

Ingredients (makes 1 30x20cm Focaccia Pan)

470g Water
8 g Salt
10 g Olive Oil
7g Dry Yeast
560g Bread Flour

Mix all ingredients and rest 30 min.
3 series of Stretches and Folds, 30 min intervals (best if 4-5, if you have time).
Rest 1 hour.
Last Stretch and Fold, rest in the baking tray for 1 last hour.
Dimple, wiggle, and bake at 400F or 200C for 25 min.
