It's a pequin plant that popped up randomly thanks to birds that visit our oak. I really want to bring it to life, anyone have some insight to spare? Thanks in advance.

Looks relatively healthy, so the next course of action will depend on whether it gets cold enough to kill pepper plants where you live. If you’re one of the fortunate ones living in zone 10+, you can just feed it and watch it grow. Otherwise, you’ll need to dig it up, trim it down to the 2nd branch nodes, rinse and trim the rootball, repot it in fresh soil, and give it somewhere warm to spend the winter. You could also trim it a little less radically and let it be an indoor plant for the winter and see if it will produce indoors.
