Well as my title reads. I got a Thors hammer for Thanksgiving and need to know from the grill masters on Reddit, how to cook this fuckin thang on 4 burner propane grill.

I’m thinking cover with Tin foil on indirect heat and then a final sear, but I’m not sure.
Any advice would be much help, thanks in advance everyone! Cheers happy holidays.

    That’s one thing I’ve yet to tackle so I don’t have much advice on the best way to grill it , that’s not a bad price either

    Man…the number of people who pick up random shit and try to experiment on major holidays is staggering to me.

    I would cook it like a pork shoulder…smoke it to 200 internal temperatures with a nice long rest.
