1. Pumpkin Pie
  2. I only ate the cranberry sauce, corn and green beans bc I didn't feel like eating anything else.

    Corn – maybe 20-30 cals (33 cal/ 1/3 cup)
    Cranberry sauce 30 (28cal/tbsp)
Green beans – 15 (probably less, a cup is only 35, but adding butter or oil 15 is safe)
Pumpkin pie is probably around 100, a full slice (1/8 pie) is about 300-320 so it looks like you had a third of that.
    Hope this helps!

Dude if you want to have performance in your running, you need to FUEL your body

Don’t stress the small slice of pie, that’s fine once or twice a week

you’re doing well with eating veges but you need to add some protein to your intake and ensure you’re eating sufficient calories every day. I don’t know your stats for TDEE but I’d recommend eating some protein with your meals as a starter. I aim for 30gm each of 3 meals + 1 snack per day (& a protein shake on gym workout days — and I am 5’4″ female)

I am concerned you may have disordered eating habits & could probably benefit with a chat from a mental health professional.
