Kind nervous to cut it open! It feels a bit heavy even if it doesn’t turn out well I’m still happy I finally got to make my first loaf! It didn’t rise as much as it should have either! Let me know how I did! I’ll update later after it’s cooled!

    Did 1 cup of active starter

    3 cups of bread flour

    1 1/4 cup of filtered room temp water

    Mixed and kneaded for 3 to 4 minutes then let set for one hour

    Did 4 sets of stretch and folds every 30 minutes

    Laminated and shaped it and let it cold proof in the fridge overnight

    Cooked it in the oven for about 30 minutes with the lid on in my Dutch oven And then lid off till it was golden! (My oven took quite a bit to fully cook it) cooked it until internal temp was 210ish!
