Can any one give me insight on why the inner sections have feet? Can’t tell if I just waited too long to pipe the inside or what.

  1. When this happens to me it’s because I didn’t let the second layer of piping rest long enough.

    this has happened to me. the areas where the batter overlaps or touches needs longer to dry

    Let the final layer dryyyyy. It should feel like a skin on top that you can almost drag with your finger before you bake them
