I don’t know about this one. I made a pineapple salsa but it was mainly because I made pastor tacos and pineapple is used in pastor tacos.
Oof. I’m sorry, but it looks like someone threw up after too much red wine and salsa. Might want to puree it or something.

I LOVE this salsa. I put this shit in everything – turkey, chips, eggbake, idgf.
I’ve never made it without using a food processor tho. Some of those cranberries look like they could use some more smooshing. Im sure it’s delish, just might be a crunchy bite here and there.
