    🤤 I’m adding this to my cooking inspiration.

    What are your thoughts on replacing the sourdough bread with a toasted brioche bun? I’ve never tasted bison, would the brioche be too sweet for this burger?

    Bison is good and healthier than beef, which I am sure you knew.

    Hard pass. Very little fat. I thought it made terrible burgers.
