Hi all! I'm just a single cat lady and I am making a little thanksgiving for a friend and I. I decided to do a couple Cornish hens instead of a whole turkey.

I am looking for advice/temp/timing on how to cook these hens in a ninja woodfire (with or without smoke)

I was just gifted one and haven't used it yet and really want these hens to come out nice.

but I don't know if the foodi and woodfire cook the same or not, or if the only difference is the smoke (and outdoor vs indoor)

like could I follow this dudes recipe to a T on the woodfire? Is there a better option? Anyone make hens on it?
