Made 5 loaves this morning for thanksgiving. Three regular, one smoked Gouda with rosemary and one cranberry walnut. I also made two loaves that are now being baked as stuffing. Recipe for all of them was 120g starter, 315g warm water, 500g KA bread flour and 14g salt. I did the add in on the third stretch and fold and added more during lamination. I think the cranberry walnut is my favorite
