First time trying a 1er Cru Chablis with age. I believe this is the current release of this wine at a respectable 14 years old. Nose was ripe/barely bruised honey crisp apple & honey with similar notes on the palate with a luscious mouthfeel and a nice kiss of acidity that hangs around for a while. A real treat & a great companion to the traditional Thanksgiving feast
