I am trying to make egg bites as a snack but when I try to mix the cottage cheese in this happens how do I avoid it?

Not sure what steps you took here, but I would recommend tossing the eggs and the cottage cheese into a blender together as opposed to trying to stir them in by hand. It’ll make it a lot creamier and the cottage cheese will be fully incorporated so it won’t separate like this. Just mix in your meats/veg after and that should keep it all together!

Generally you’ll want to place the meat/veggies into the cups first, then add cottage cheese, then add egg mixture.
Or like someone else said, blend the cheese and eggs in a blender and pour over the meat.

I would just make the cups then put the cottage cheese on top like a cupcake

I blend the cottage cheese in a foot processor then I whisk the eggs, I pour the eggs into the food processor and blend again, then I use this as my mixture.
