I hope I got the names right. I was recently gifted these for my birthday and wanted to ask for tips on how to use them and maintain them properly. Any suggestions for dishes, uses, seasoning, cleaning etc. is welcome and appreciated!

Ok, I’m going to give advice that might get me downvoted…. the traditional way is to gently wash the pot and then boil rice-rinse water in it, which is supposed to help ‘seal’ the pot.
I’ve done it slightly differently…. I usually wash the pot thoroughly and rinse it really well. Then I fill it almost to the brim with filtered / drinking water and simmer it over low heat for a good 20 minutes. Dump the water, dry the pot and put it back on the stove. Rub a good amount of neutral oil all over the inside of the pot. Keep the pot over low-medium heat for another 20 minutes, rubbing with more oil occasionally. Then remove the pot from the heat and rub off as much of the excess oil as you can.
After that, just use it, as much as possible. They get better with more use.
