

I know this sounds absolutely mental but I love noodle broth but I hate the little jelly pieces. So basically I only eat the broth.
The packages are notoriously confusing for calories and it says 60 calories for 1 cup prepared.
Does anyone know how I would be able to find out the calories if I only drank the liquid? It’s hard to track it when I feel like I am putting more calories than I actually am eating. Thanks!
