Save your Money Part 2: Salad Dressing🥗

Homemade salad dressing is always the better choice, you control the ingredients, and it just tastes fresher! We’ve got a lemon herb and garlic vinaigrette for my savoury people, and a maple dijon dressing for those with a sweet tooth.

Lemon Herb and Garlic
Ingredients:
* 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
* Juice of 1 large lemon (about 2-3 tbsp)
* 1 tbsp fresh or dried herbs, (try oregano, parsley, basil, or dill)
* 1 small garlic clove, minced
* Salt and pepper to taste

Maple Dijon
Ingredients:
* 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
* 1 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup
* 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar for a lighter flavor)
* 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
* Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl or jar
2. Stir or shake until well combined. Adjust seasoning if needed.
3. Store in the fridge for up to a week and shake before using.
