Ingredients :
Pasta – 1 Bowl
Mushroom – 400 Gms
Butter
Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp
Finely Chopped Garlic
Onion – 1 No. Finely Chopped
Tomato- 1
Boiled Milk – 2 Cups
Cheese Slice – 2 Nos
Salt
Italian Seasoning – 2 Tsp
Method:
1. For cooking the pasta shells, take water in a pot and boil. Add salt and Pasta.
2. Cook for 15 mins and strain the pasta. Keep it aside.
3. Take butter and oil in a wide pan. Add garlic and onions. Saute for about a minute.
4. Add the washed, cleaned and sliced mushrooms and saute for about 2 mins.
5. Then add salt, , Italian seasoning and mix well.
6. Keep the flame on a high and cook the mushrooms for 5 mins.
7. Add tomato. Cook for a minute and make a paste of it and now take a pan boil water and cooled milk, once it boils add mushroom paste.
8. Once the mixture slightly thickens, add the cheese slices and mix well.
9. After the sauce is ready, drop in the cooked Pasta shells and mix well.
10. Turn off the stove and transfer the Mushroom pasta to a serving plate.
11. Garnish with Basil leaves and grated cheese.
12. Yummy and appetizing mushroom pasta is ready to be served hot along with some bread of your choice.
