What is it? I mean, yes, it’s kinda ugly. Just being honest. But it looks like it’s probably delicious. I can see the look youre going for. I’d try to even out your frosting better, maybe use an ice cream scoop. Use a level to make sure your layers are, well, level. The top layer is suppose to have less frosting. I would have been a bit more careful placing the fruit and more intentional with the crumbs. And maybe if you’re going for the naked look, even just the sides like this, carefuly cut off the “crust” of the cake. Just around the edges and top. What kind of frosting did you use? I’d use a long spatula or scraper to make it even, then use a toothpick or something to add the occasional peak just so it looks more uniform. It’s not horrible. And again, it still looks good.

Feed it to your friends and if anyone dies its really bad.. and don’t forget they will lie the first time and after a few drinks they will tell you it sucked.. I made a grape pie and fed it to my church.. it fermented, got people drunk, and subsequently gave them diarrhea.. it took a few months but I finally got the truth… they said it was awful yet for some reason they couldn’t stop eating it..🤔
