Like any piece of meat, if there’s enough fat it won’t be dry. That’s why rib-eyes are still quite delicious at medium or even medium well, because there is so much fat content.

Hmmm, brings back good old childhood memories of hamburgers from home. But the funny part is, when I make them now, I actually make the patties square to fit the bread and place the cheese on the biases so it drapes over the edges as it melts. Can’t beat homemade. Mom, can I come over and join you !!!
