I made stock yesterday and froze it. Today, I’m making tetrazzini with leftover turkey, and in the freezer that goes also.

Turkey soup is the main reason I make a turkey. I’ve heard Mike Dukakis collected turkey carcasses for soup, lol.

I made stock yesterday, then made leftover turkey soup with the leftover meat, gravy, and chopped some carrots, onions, celery and potatoes and simmered it all together for a bit. I have enough soup for two weeks of lunches now!

I did mine overnight in the oven; house smelled amazing this morning.

My FIL insisted he carve the turkey that I roasted and threw away the carcass. 😡 I was very excited for turkey matzoh ball soup.

Making stock is my favorite part of Thanksgiving. Nothing better than the smell of stock filling up the house on a cold lazy day.
Used it yesterday to make turkey dumpling soup. It hit the spot! First time making dumplings – I normally just use premade biscuit dough. This one is definitely going in the soup rotation.
